MYSKILLSmanager - Privacy Statement

Your privacy is protected at MYSKILLSmanager.  We will never disclose your personal information or email address to any third party. This privacy statement covers all activities within MYSKILLSmanager community and website through which it operates.

Required Information

Some personal information is collected and stored to ensure you are eligible to use MYSKILLSmanager and therefore maintain site security. We take every step to protect your rights according to the provisions of the Privacy and personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).

When you sign up to MYSKILLSmanager you are creating a MYSKILLSmanager Account.  To create your account we request some basic information about you.

This includes your:

• email address (required), and
• an answer to a security question that allows our systems to confirm your identity.

This information allows us to register your interest; generate a password and email these details to the address you have provided. The username and password are required for you to log on to any outlet of the MYSKILLSmanager website.

Logging on to MYSKILLSmanager.com website

Once you receive your email username and password from MYSKILLSmanager, you will be able to log on to the website.

For security purposes, whenever you log in to any domain within the framework, the system registers your activities within the system.  This product specific activity logging is only used by the system to calculate your MYCRED index (calculated method of defining a user’s activities in documenting lifelong learning.  This logging information is never shared with anyone.  When logged in you can select the "MYSKILLSmanager Account" link from the site banner to update your user account information.  No other users can update your information.

The MYSKILLSmanager website will never sell or share your account information in any way.

Removing all of your information from our database

If you no longer wish to access any outlet within the MYSKILLSmanager framework and would like your personal details removed from our user database, please email us at contacts@myskillsmanager.com and ask to be removed from the framework.
