RewardsThe MYSKILLSmanager ‘rewards’ is a program designed to
provide financial incentives to MYSKILLSmanager outlet operators to be initially
engaged, and then to continually improve and sustain the growth of a new skills
management environment. The growth of the system provides the capability
required to sustain continued workplace productivity.
About the rewards
There are two types of rewards available in the
MYSKILLSmanager rewards program. They are Start-up rewards and
Support rewards.
Start-up rewards
The Start-up reward is based on the principle that every
MYSKILLSmanager outlet operator can earn rewards calculated from the number of
users they start-up in the system. Every new user that decides to register for
a free access user account is registered as being started to the system by a
particular MYSKILLSmanager outlet. From the start-up date a percentage
(currently 13%*) of every dollar spent (by the user) within the MYSKILLSmanager
system will be credited to the rewards account of the MYSKILLSmanager outlet
that introduced the user to the system.
Support rewards
Every user that an outlet starts to the system can
potentially create their own outlet and generate the associated Start-up rewards
from new users. The Support rewards are to ensure that all new users have
existing users (that have been working with the system for a longer period) to
provide direction and Support. The default arrangement for this relationship
is to have every new outlet supported by the outlet that introduced them. The
Support reward will be calculated (currently 2%*) and directed to the rewards
account of the supporting outlet that engaged them into the system.
The following table summarises the two types of rewards and
the relevant percentage used to calculate the rewards.

Start-up options
There are four options for people to start-up as users of
the MYSKILLSmanager System:
1.
The first option is for people to go to www.myskillsmanager.com launch
page and register as a user by selecting an outlet of their choice. The outlet
selected may be random or be selected by the user based on the outlets business
focus. For example, a person may work in the construction industry and decide
to select an outlet that is operated by a construction company.
2.
The outlet operator may send out messages to people (contacts) inviting
people to register. This approach should be the most common method in
particular in the early growth period of MYSKILLSmanager.
3.
This option can be generated by individual users within an outlet. A
message can be sent to a colleague, manager or trainer for example, asking them
to sign up for a free account and so they can complete a validation task on
behalf of the user. This request from the user will be a direct result of using
one of the applications within the MYSKILLSmanager system. Irrespective of
whatever outlet the request is sent from, the system will direct the user back
to the outlet that started the user requesting the validation.
4.
Specific outlet administrators or users with very high user roles can use
the introductions manager tool to create and manage networks within the
MYSKILLSmanager system. New start-ups for users will result from this
activity. All users started by this process will generate a reward to the
respective outlet that
The rewards program is a fundamental component of the
MYSKILLSmanager system and is designed to Support the transformation of skills
management approaches into the future. It does this by stimulating rapid
growth of start-ups to the system be generated without the outlet operator
needing to do anything. A user can only be introduced to one MYSKILLSmanager
outlet. It is not possible to alter the relationship of the outlet operator and
the start-up user.
