Why MYSKILLSmanager?
The principle was to engage and empower people to self-manage their job role.
To make it work we created new digital systems and tools to enable employers to design job expectations. Formalising job expectations was needed to enable employees to know what was expected or
in other words what the rules were for engagement in an organisation.
Our approach was not to prove people wrong; it was to support job performance learning that could be self-managed and supported by the organisation partner skills ecosystem. Incremental skills recognition is now possible by activating our ISQ2 Framework in any size organisation. The outcome being a workplace Qualification.
